Easy Peanut Butter Fudge!

I love fudge, but anyone who has ever made the kind that you have to stand and stir for 5 or 6 minutes and use a candy thermometer on knows that it can be temperamental.  If you under cook it, you've got problems, if you over cook it, you've got other problems.  If you scrape the sides or bottom of the pan it can make it grainy and you have to stir that stuff until your arm almost falls off.  Some say to not make fudge on rainy, humid days or it won't turn out. I know that is very true with divinity.
Well, this fudge is really much easier and it still tastes so good. It has a can of sweetened condensed milk in it, so you know it has to be good, right?

Here is all you need to make it:
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) bag of white chocolate chips
1 tsp. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup chopped peanuts

Over low heat in a heavy sauce pan, heat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until peanut butter has melted and it is smooth and just starts to bubble.  Stir this often as it can stick.  Remove from heat and add the salt, bag of white chocolate chips, and corn syrup.  Stir until the chips have melted and it is smooth.  Fold in the chopped peanuts.

Line an 8 or 9 inch dish with wax paper or foil. Pour the warm fudge in and smooth down.  Let this cool and then chill for 2 hours.  Turn out and remove foil or wax paper and cut in 1 inch squares.  Store in an airtight container.
